The Bismarck was the largest battleship in World War II next to the Tirpitz. The 251 m long ship was put into service on August 24, 1940. After completing the training trips, she took part in the Rhine exercise. On May 24, 1941, she sank the British battle cruiser H.M.S. Hood. The Bismarck, damaged at the bug, then took a course on a French port. During the persecution by British ships and planes, the ship was shot on May 27, 1941 and sank into the Atlantic. Finely structured components with rivets and sunk sheet metal bumps authentically reflect this impressive battleship. Other characteristics of the kit include the movable protected towers, with individual movable pipes.
